Advanced Patisserie

– Qualified Chefs

This fabulous program is for qualified chefs that wish to develop more advanced patisserie skills. Students will learn gateaux, pastries, chocolate confectionery, artisan breads and petit fours.

 

It’s offered part time on a Monday from 3.00pm to 9.00pm over 10 weeks. It is embedded into the Diploma and the Cert IV Commercial Cookery or can be taken as a stand alone part time course. Cost of course is $999.00 if not taken with the Diploma or Cert IV Commercial Cookery course.

Application Process

1. Contacting  ICE on 1300 THE ICE and making an appointment for initial assessment by ICE workplace assessor

 

2. Completing an enrolment form

 

Eligibility

• Must be a fully qualified chef (either Certificate III Commercial Cookery Australian or equivalent International Chef Qualifications i.e.: City and Guilds)

 

• At least 2 years post graduate experience in a commercial kitchen
